Research Area: Mental Health Networks

I study mental health through network and complex-systems perspectives, examining how symptoms, behaviors, cognitive processes, and contextual factors interact over time. My work has particular—though not exclusive—emphasis on eating disorders, depression, and autism. I use causal discovery with cross-sectional and longitudinal data, in addition to causal methods and experiments to move beyond simple associations and examine mechanisms, temporal dynamics, heterogeneity, and potential targets for intervention.
